The goal of a pre-placement physical examination is to assess the employee/applicant's current medical condition and based on the results of the examination, determine if the employee/applicant is physically capable of performing the essential functions of the job. Physicians Plus provides employers with a Confidential Medical Evaluation and Work Restriction Report that indicates if any significant restrictions exist. The employer may condition the job offer based on the physician's report

Confidential Report
